Service Description: An alliance of local organizations mandated to provide community support services (CSS) to seniors and people with physical disabilities who reside in their own homes. Promotes the well being and independence, prevents premature admission to long term care facilities and where possible, strengthens the assistance provided by family and friends. * Identifies gaps and addresses issues in the provision of community support services in the Eastern Counties and North Grenville.

Meeting: The Coalition meets monthly
Fees: Service - some * None - for coalition membership and some for certain services
