Service Description: On-call psychiatrist at the Emergency Department * The psychiatrist assesses the situation and a follow-up appointment is set up within 48 hours in the Out-Patient Clinic * Should hospitalization be required, a referral will be made to the In-Patient Unit by the doctor
Fees: Most services covered by OHIP
Application: No referral required * in emergency, visit Emergency Department for an appointment at the clinic * if required doctors can refer patients directly to the clinic
