Service Description: Adult day program integrated into a long-term care home * owned and operated by the City of Ottawa * assistance with toileting * transferring * medication reminder * meal * transportation

Adapted daily activities: music * exercise * socialization opportunities * sessions to stimulate and maintain the residual capacity of the afflicted individual
