Service Description: Community-based, non-profit organization that offers a wide range of social and community services

Crisis Intervention and Support: intervention and support in critical situations until the situation is stabilized and a follow-up plan is in place, including elder abuse

Grocery bus: transportation and accompaniment to the local grocery stores

Respite Care: variety of tasks, from sitting and talking to providing reassurance to the clients

Diners Club: nutritious meals and social activities * facilitate referrals and access to LunchAbility program

Going Home: home support services for 10 days to support the rehabilitation of a person returning from hospital

Snow Go/Assist: access to reliable snow removal contractors * subsidies are available to qualifying participants upon assessments

Other Services: works collaboratively with other organizations and government programs to provide access to a range of services supporting older adults
Fees: Service - Some services have fees associated to them.
Application: Call for more information or to apply * foot care clinics require appointments * Day Program: referred by the Community Care Access Centre (CCAC)
